Q:Do you know of a downloadable weightloss program? were you can track your calories etc? Also could you reply privately, i always tend to miss when people answer my questions. :P
Sorry, I don’t. I’m working on losing weight, too, but I don’t track calories, I just focus on eating a variety of fresh foods made from scratch, minimize the use of oils/salts/sugars, don’t eat processed or fast food, drinking lots of water, and exercising frequently. Good luck! :}
