Ashe is a twenty-something girl living in Milwaukee, WI, USA. She went vegetarian a few years ago and has since been experimenting with veganizing dishes. She’s not a fan of spending hours in the kitchen, so whatever she can do to make quick, healthy meals without a lot of fuss, time, or dishes she is interested in.
